Protoceratops Sculpture

This is a Protoceratops sculpture I just finished making yesterday. This is my first sculpture ever, and it is made of Super Sculpey, and it has a copper wire and aluminum foil structure underneath. It's approx. 48 cm from nose to tail.

Juan, you don't know me, but I just wanted to say that your work is amazing. Your illustrations are refreshing and lively. Because they're dead and long gone its very common for us humans to depict dinosaurs as stolid statues, void of action or life. But, your work shows them as animals, lively beings. I'm a film & creative writing student at the University of North Texas, and I share your interest in dinosaurs (although I'm nowhere near your level in depicting them visually). I'd like to see more of your work. What do you plan on doing with yourself and your skills in the future?

Thank you for your nice comments about my work Zachary. Right now I'm working at an animation studio in Toronto. I'm not really making dinosaurs for a living at the moment, but maybe someday in the future I will. Your program sounds really interesting! best of lucks.

Thanks Randeep! I'm starting to work on a new dino sculpture now (I'm just doing sketches right now), it's a long process, but it's fun! :)
